What We Believe ...

We believe that we are commanded, as Christ's Church to share the truth of God's Love with each other.  We believe that Christ followers have no choice but to follow Christ and to take seriously His commands.

How do we know this? The apostle John tells us that to obey God's commands is the greatest possible expression of Love. (1 John 2:5)

We believe Christ followers live completely surrendered, completely humbled and completely obedient to God's commands

We believe we must do the job God set before us; we must have and live in the mindset of Christ. (Philippians 2:10)

In the following passages, you will hear Christ commanding His followers to be active participants in God's continuing work among us:

"you will be My witnesses" (Acts 1:8)

"Go then and make disciples of all nations" (Matthew 28:19) 

"teach them to obey everything that I have commanded" (Matthew 28:20)

"we are ambassadors for Christ, God making His appeal through us." (2 Cor. 5:20)

We believe that Christ loved by doing His Father in Heaven's will. Jesus said His work is to proclaim the nearness of God and the Kingdom of God.
